POS Software: common questions
Which hardware does the POS work with?
Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, 58mm or 80mm thermal receipt printers and normal A4 printers. It runs in a browser on Windows, Mac, Android tablets and phones, or as a Windows desktop app.
Can I print barcode labels for my products?
Yes. The built-in barcode generator prints labels with name and price for items that don't come with a barcode.
Can I bill when the internet is down?
Yes, with the Windows desktop app. Sales are saved on the computer and synced automatically when the connection returns.
Can I give credit to regular customers?
Yes. Unpaid amounts go to the customer's ledger and you can send them a balance reminder on WhatsApp.
